New Low Cost Mediation Scheme for those on low incomes – £70 plus VAT for an hour’s session.
Our new Low Cost Mediation Scheme is designed to help couples on low incomes who are not eligible for public funding for Mediation.
Changes to public funding that came into effect in April 2013 mean that there is no longer public funding for disputes involving children or finances following relationship breakdown. The courts now expect couples to consider Mediation before they issue proceedings Our Scheme is aimed at couples whose income falls just outside the public funding limits. The Scheme gives couples a maximum of 6 one hour sessions at £70 plus VAT per session.This offer does not include mediation with any of our partners.
New Introductory Mediation offer – £140plus VAT per hour – ENDS 28th February 2014
We have reduced our normal hourly rate for mediation services for a limited period from £250.00 per hour plus VAT to £140 per hour plus VAT for a limited period. There are no financial eligibility restrictions but sessions are limited to 7.5 hours in total (£1050 plus VAT) with any additional sessions being charged at our normal hourly rate of £250.00 plus VAT. This offer does not include mediation with any of our partners.
