Financial Cases

Following the withdrawal of legal aid in April 2013 for many financial applications (known as ancillary relief) following divorce we have designed a fixed fee service which will provide you with legal advice and representation throughout an ancillary relief case from initial advice before issuing the application, through each stage of the court process to final hearing if necessary. We offer a fixed price for each stage of the case which we define according to the typical number of court hearings required in these cases. We will not charge more than this fixed amount at each stage. For more specific details please contact us and we can explain the fixed fee packages on offer.
