Interlaw Diversity Forum – LGBT Families and the Law Event

Last week Jemma Dally, Head of our International Child Care Team and expert in adoption and surrogacy was a panellist at Interlaw Diversity Forum’s – an inter-organisational forum for LGBT professionals in the legal sector – LGBT families seminar.

The event explored the options available to LGBT parents in respect of adoption and surrogacy, including the preliminary steps, the legal procedures and common issues and questions.

Daniel Winterfeldt, Founder and Co Chair of Interlaw Diversity Forum, commented:

“The Interlaw diversity Forum are proud to explore LGBT+ families, including the latest in law and trends around adoption and surrogacy from experts like Jemma Dally from Goodman Ray, as part of our support of our members and the wider community”.

The seminar builds on much of our LGBT family and same sex parenting work at Goodman Ray – we have a strong presence in these fields and regularly advise same sex couples on adoption (both domestic and international), surrogacy (often with an international element) and co-parenting agreements. For more information please contact Jemma Dally, Kevin Skinner and Katrin White

We are most grateful to Interlaw for organising, and to Travers Smith for hosting, the event.
