Congratulations are in order!
Congratulations to Jemma Dally of Goodman Ray and Kathryn Cronin and Claudia Neale of Garden Court Chambers on the release of their book Child Migration: Family and Immigration Laws
Child migration and child movement cases are now more frequent and increasingly complex.
In these cases, international and national cross border rules and regulations, and family and immigration laws and proceedings often intersect. This book explains these and associated international family treaties, regulations, rules, cases, guidance and policies. A practice guide highlighting the circumstances and experiences of children subject to these laws and litigation.
Whether an experienced practitioner or at entry level, this is an essential guide and reference to a complex area of law and practice.
