Hilda joined Goodman Ray in July 2016 as a paralegal in the Adoption, Surrogacy and International Child Care department, before becoming a trainee solicitor in May 2019.
Hilda has extensive experience of children cases, particularly those with an international element. She has assisted on a range of complex child abduction cases involving Hague Convention and non-Hague Convention countries, and worked on the case of Borg v El Zubaidy (committal application  EWHC 432 (Fam).
Hilda is in her second year of training and is currently completing her Divorce and Matrimonial Finance Department. She is due to qualify in May 2021.
Education & Memberships
Hilda completed her undergraduate law degree at De Montfort University, and she undertook the Legal Practice Course part-time from 2017-2019. Hilda is member of Young Legal Aid Lawyers and The Black Solicitors Network.
