Where issues relating to children arise Jemma represents clients on applications for child arrangement orders, including applications for contact and residence orders, leave to remove from the jurisdiction (moves abroad) and internal relocation (moves within the country) as well as specific issue orders on a particular question relating to a child’s upbringing such as which school a child is to attend. Jemma’s cases include those where the children have been made wards of court.
