We are delighted to announce that our Senior Partner, Peggy Ray won the Entrepreneurial Individual of the year at City wealth’s 2018 Magic Circle Awards yesterday evening.
The awards which were held at the Hilton Bankside attracted an impressive range of practitioners in the wealth management spear. Amongst those shortlisted alongside Peggy were other prominent lawyers, investors, international law firms and private banks.
We are proud of the recognition the award brings to Goodman Ray, a law firm started by two females in 1985 at a time when no banks would lend money to women looking to start a business. 33 years later Goodman Ray is going from strength to strength and the accolade of awards it has won is testament to this.
Peggy was also ranked as a Leading Individual in this year’s Legal 500 and noted for her powerful and acute intellect and ability to grapple well and imaginatively and were appropriate forcefully with difficult cases.
