National Care Leavers week:
28th October – 4th November
At Goodman Ray, we are proud to bring more awareness to National Care Leavers week. This is an important week as many individuals are impacted by the care system in the UK and they should be able to access the care and the stability that they need to thrive.
What is National Care Leavers Week?
National Care Leavers Week gives individuals the opportunity to come together, celebrate and also raise awareness for young people leaving or that have already left the care system. The theme this year for National Care Leavers Week is “All of Us, We are One”. This theme highlights the value of creating strong and important connections, creates a sense of community amongst care leavers, and amplifies their voices. Throughout National Care Leavers week, various events will be taking place which are catered to guide care leavers and assist them with their futures.
Our approach
At Goodman Ray, our highly experienced and skilled solicitors are committed to representing parents and children throughout Care Proceedings. We assist in navigating individuals through the legal aspects of proceedings and ensuring that the process is as efficient as possible.
