Laura is an experienced solicitor in Goodman Ray’s divorce and matrimonial finance department and advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, civil partnership dissolution, financial provision following divorce, including financial provision for children, and the complex rules surrounding cohabitation disputes.
Laura further specializes in private children law including child arrangement orders, parental responsibility and specific issues, internal relocation and leave to remove from the jurisdiction and has a broad client base of both high profile and high net worth individuals, as well as professionals and business owners. She also continues to represent those who cannot afford legal services and are eligible for legal aid.
Known for her calm and pragmatic manner, Laura aims to resolve family disputes without recourse to Court where possible, advising clients on all appropriate methods of alternate dispute resolution.
Before relocating to Sussex and raising a family, Laura worked as a solicitor for Goodman Ray between 2010 and 2017. She is now a Consultant Solicitor working from our Brighton office.
