Molly is part of the domestic abuse team and has expertise in Domestic Abuse and Private Law Children Act applications. Molly joined Goodman Ray in July 2022 following completion of her Training Contract in North London.
Molly specialises in Emergency Domestic Abuse injunctions including representing clients in relation to allegations of coercive and controlling behaviour. Molly also advises on Private law Children Act matters such as Child Arrangements orders, formerly known as contact and residence, including intractable contact disputes and those involving allegations of domestic abuse and parental alienation.
